Class 1:  April 8th – 11th    

(Saturday 11:00am–5:00pm  and  Sunday thru Tuesday 9:00am–3:00pm)

 Class 2:  April 18th – 21st   

(Tuesday thru  Friday 9:00am–3:00pm)

 Class 3:  2-Weekends: May 6 & 7  and  May 13 & 14  

(Saturdays 11:00am–5:00pm  and  Sundays 9:00am–3:00pm)


1) Be at least 15 years of age;
2) Swim 300 yards continuously, using these strokes in the following order:
  • 100 yards of front crawl using rhythmic breathing and a stabilizing, propellant kick. Breathing can be performed either by breathing to the side or front.
  • 100 yards of breaststroke using a pull, breathe, kick and glide sequence.
  • 100 yards of either the front crawl or breaststroke or a combination of front crawl and breaststroke.

3) Tread water for 1-minute without using your hands or arms.
4) Swim 20 yards using front crawl or breaststroke, surface dive 7-10 feet, retrieve a 10-pound object, return to the surface, swim 20 yards back to the starting point with the object and exit the water without using a ladder or steps, within 1 minute, 40 seconds.
